Our Retro Catering Trailer Model H has been professionally customised to create a versatile setup for serving coffee, hot food and freshly made crepes. The trailer has been fitted with a Fracino commercial coffee machine, griddle and crepe machine, with all three appliances powered by gas. The complete gas installation has been carried out in house by our gas engineer here at Bistro Trailers, providing a professionally integrated and practical catering workspace. From specialist gas equipment to bespoke interior configurations, our trailers can be customised around the individual requirements of your catering business.
