Mick has been in the catering trade for over 20 years, from owning pub restaurants to then selling up and moving onto mobile catering for the last 14 years. Mick tells us about his experience with Bistro Trailers after his previous trailer had just got to old for the purpose of his business. Mick tells us about how the new Model I airstream has raised the profile of his business and now has new opportunities to cater for larger more high profile events.  This trailer was modified and built to Micks exact spec for his business.
